iPod Armor

Somebody at work sent an article that I can’t seem to find now, but this is pretty interesting…

A soldier over in Iraq was on patrol and had his iPod in his pocket. He was shot at by an insurgent, but his iPod took the brunt of the attack. He didn’t even realize he had been shot until he pulled it out of his pocket later. Apparently, it slowed the bullet down just enough to keep it from getting through his armor.
